Microwave dacor (brand) model PMOR30 will not heat food?
Microwave dacor (brand) model PMOR30 will not heat food, pwr ups turntable rotates, fan option works, control panel works, lights up inside but won’t heat and or cook food.
Already reset the microwave but that did not fix problem.
Magnetron isn’t running. It is either burned out (dead) or perhaps an internal fuse is blown. If the fuse is blown, it usually keeps other things from going on to let you know. The only way to know for sure is to take it to a repair shop to check it out. Having a repair person come out gets to the point of not making it worth it. You may get away with a $20 part and $100 to come out, or you may simply pay $100 to find out it is dead.
