Is microwaving pasta for 9 minutes dangerous?
I found a recipe (can it be called a recipe?) for making pasta in the microwave since I am not allowed to use the stove. But you have to microwave the pasta in a bowl of water for 9 minutes. I’ve never microwaved anything for 9 minutes. Is this dangerous?
If the recipe says that it can be microwaved for 9 minutes just make sure that the % of power of the oven matches what it says. OTHERWISE the safest thing to do is do it for 5 or 6 minutes and check it. This way you are on top of it and nothing bad will happen.
