Anyone know about convection microwaves? Mine stopped preheating.?
I have a Sharp Carousel II convection microwave oven. The microwave portion of the oven works just great, but when I try to switch it to the convection setting to cook with, I hear the fan working, the light works, but it doesnt heat up at all. Dont know if there is a reset switch somewhere, or what the problem could be. I love my convection feature and need to try to get it working again.
Try asking the repairman at Repair Clinic they have an 800# and he will answer your questions and give you free help and advise.They also have diagram pages of your appliances and great troubleshooting pages too.
